Valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Vouchers may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash, will not be replaced if lost and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
Advance bookings are necessary. All arrangements regarding booking dates, times and services must be made directly with Pullman Barcelona Skipper prior to the event in order to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers will automatically become void if a reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
