

Last January 24th, we were honoured with the presence of Harold McGee, a famous author when talking about food & cooking. He also visited the last edition of Madrid Fusion.
The author of Science & the Kitchen, accompained by Pere Castells, the mind behind the project Alicia, sponsored by Ferran Adrià, sampled the menu prepared by Xavier Gruber and his team.
It was a wonderful evening that concluded with the signature of one of Mr McGee´s book, dedicated to our Restaurant´s Syrah team.
