The Board of Directors of the Hotel AB Skipper visited the Alicia Foundation facilities last Friday.
Alicia (Food and Science) is a research centre dedicated to the technological innovation in cuisine and the diffusion of the heritage of agro-nutrition and gastronomy. It has a clear social vocation, so much so it has opened to the public with the idea to promote healthy eating habits.

It is a foundation created by the Catalonian Parliament and the Bank of Manresa headed by Toni Massanés and presiding council of Chef Ferrán Adriá and his cardiac advisor Valentí Fuster.
